CAA Highly available scripting question

Admins,

I have a question concerning a Highly available script problem. I have
four scripts that start and stop two sap instances on a two member cluster. I
have created two scripts that start/stop the oracle listeners (called oratst
and oraprd for test and production) and I have two scripts that start SAP
(called saptst and sapprd). I can successfully run caa_stop and caa_start on
both members and can relocate them at will....the problem is that I don't want
them both to be on the same machine at the same time. I added to the script a
section that find the status of the test service and if it is running on the
machine that is starting the production service it calls up a caa_relocate -f
oratst; thus forcing the test to move to the other member). The script works
but after completion caa_stat shows that the service I started, oraprd, is
offline. I can verify that it is not offline but actually running on the
correct box. Is there a problem with calling a caa_relocate in a caa action
script.
