Crash Dump Question...

One of our cluster systems crashed last evening. After bringing it back up
I noticed that the var file system had grown larger than normal. I couldn't
find any file causing this much space to be taken up. A run of syscheck
showed the following information:

Free disk space is less than 68028 KB ( 66 MB ) in the /var/adm/crash file
system.

With a more detailed description...

<=[ ToC ]=> Crash Files
Operational: Free disk space is less than 69232 KB ( 67 MB ) in the
/var/adm/crash file system.
The Partial compressed system dumps may not be created.

Has anyone seen this before and what did you do to remedy the situation?
Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
