Dual processor DS20 boots with only one processor

I have a dual processor DS20 with two processors. Evry now and then when
It is warm booted it only detects one processor. Cold booting it on most
occasions brings the second processor back to life. This machines is not
on a maintanance contract. Is this a nkown problem, is there any thing I
can do to fix this problem? Any help would be appreciated?
