The consensus is that Compaq (DEC) used to have an Ada compiler but that
it is now unsupported (on Tru64). Apparently it last appeared on the
December 2000 release of the software library. Support was officially
dropped in March 2000. Several URLs were suggested for places to look for
alternatives:

http://www.rational.com/
http://www.gnat.com/
http://www.adapower.com/links.html
http://www.adahome.com/Resources/Compilers/Free.html
Several people suggested GNAT.
