Summary: DCE Runtime

The DCE Runtime, comes in the Compaq CD Libraries
and the most (recomended) recent version is 3.01.

 After install, the performacen decrease (process randd use serveral times
of
 the CPU about 99%). To run it is necessary to do the following steps:

 #kill -9 <process number randd)
 #mv /usr/var/dcelocal/bin/randd /usr/var/dcelocal/bin/randd.org
 #ln -s /usr/bin/true /usr/var/dcelocal/bin/randd

 NOTE I have: Alpha server model 1200; uses TRU64 4.0F, PK7 and 256MB of RAM
