New named doesn't work on cluster IP

Hi,

I compiled the bind-9.2.0 on a 3-member T64 5.1A cluster and get the
named starts with caa_start. However, only the member running named
responses, not the cluster alias IP. There is no such problem for the
old named. Any ideas?
