Every once in a while, I have a situation with our print queues on our ES40
Tru64 4.0F machine. When a printer requires some attention (i.e. paper
jam), the print queue needs to be restarted before the jobs will start
printing. This does not happened all of the time and is difficult to
reproduce. This particular printer is a HP LaserJet 8100 with a JetDirect
card (Firmware Rev. G.08.04). This is not the only printer that has had
this issue, but this is one that I caught the following in the debug log
file. Also, I included the printcap entry.
