Just to let you know, Theresa ran GLVA for the encumbrancing portion and
GLVA worked no problem. It just seems to be a problem on the actuals side
of things. I also reset the permissions on all of the directories with no
change.

I found Answernet doc 114.265 which indicated to create a UT.PRCS.CTL record
for UTDR. I did that and it now allows us to get a bit further on the
report, but it now fails with the following errors: 1005 records selected to
list 0. In /datatel/development/CDEV17/UT/UT.SUBROUTINES/_S_MIO_END_PROC at
line 5989 WRITE item JE*TEL01/12*231808 to file GLVERIFY error. In
