Hi all,
If a process continues to map portions of a shared memory segment, I'm
assuming
it's rss(resident memory) size will continue to grow until the entire
segment is mapped. This being the case
(assumedly), is there any way to tell for sure (I'm not really sure how to
say this) what
is mapped for a particular process? The reason is, I want to know if the
said process is
eating/leaking memory, or is it just mapping more of the shared memory
segment? Thanks
for any help in advance.
