Keystrokes of users ....

Dear Admins ;
 
Im always in trouble with users.I dont have so much users but all users can
use command therefor every new day I have new problem.I should give them "
su " because they should have open database rigths therefore I cant follow
who used which command may I do it ? May I use any script to follow users
keystrokes or how I can follow keystroks of user have you any idea ?
