SUMMARY imapd

As recommended Chatterjee, Prithwish I have installed imap
from UWASH, and running ok.

One of the difference comparing imapd-compaq, is the line
in /etc/inetd.conf:

#imap stream tcp nowait imap /usr/sbin/imapd imapd
imap stream tcp nowait root /usr/local/bin/imapd imapd

Apart from the path of the exec, root must be the login name to start
the server daemon.
