Hi all:
We are now running two stand-alone boxes, Alphas GS60E's each with four processors. We recently upgraded to 5.1A with several patches.
I need help, we got used big time as a mail relay last night, or at least, it was attempted. We have thousands of returned emails.
I haven't deleted the emails, and I have determined that with the new install we didn't disable sendmail. We are looking for two things.
1. Where else can we look for evidence of the culprit, and;
2. How do we make sure that sendmail is OFF, permanently!?
We use Exchange for all email traffic here. Please help?
