Question about /usr/lib/mh/conflict output

Hello fellow managers,

I recently ran across the /usr/lib/mh/conflict command and decided to run
it.

Most of the entries made sense to me and were easily corrected, but one
entry has me confused as to what it's referring to: "more than 99 groups
(time to recompile)"

I'm fairly certain it's referring to the /etc/groups file (wc -l `cat
/etc/group` verifies more than 99 groups).
But I'm confused as to the "time to recompile". What does this refer too?
I've tried all the man pages I could think of (even going as far as man -k
mh).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
