How to find switch port speed with hwmgr?

On tru64 v5.1a, I thought I saw a way to find the speed/duplex/autonegotiation
status of a switch or router port that a NIC is connected to, using hwmgr.

Can someone point me to the particular incantation of this command that I'd
use to get this info?
