NFS over TCP?

Managers:

I am looking for the minimum requirements for Tru64 for running NFS over TCP, instead of UDP.

We are currently running 4.0D.

Is 4.0F enough, or is TruClustering required?

Any answers, or pointers to find the answers would be appreciated.
