Sendmail size limit?

I am Tru64, 4.0f using sendmail 8.8. While trying to email a file >10MB, I
get this error:

 Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 552 message size of 10380846 bytes exceeds site
limit of 10240000 bytes

Where is this size default set and how can I change it?
