Admins,
>From Lavelle, Bryan [Bryan.Lavelle_at_hp.com]:
Because it's obsolete and not used anymore. The parameter will be retired
completely in the future. There are other parameters in this same
situation, see you 5.1 release notes.

from the release notes:
2.2.19 AdvFS Subsystem Attributes
The following AdvFS subsystem attributes will be retired in a future
release:
* AdvfsCacheHashSize
* AdvfsCacheMaxPercent
* AdvfsMinFreeAccess
* AdvfsMaxFreeAccessPercent
* AdvfsFavorBlockingQueue
* AdvfsMaxDevQLen
In this release, setting these attributes does not affect kernel operations.
Instead, their functionality has been replaced by new dynamic kernel
algorithms. These algorithms aim to optimize system performance.
Additionally, information on these attributes has been removed from the
documentation.
