Administrivia: no MIME multipart/alternative

In my continued attempts to block KLEZ virus messages from the list,
I've started rejecting messages in the MIME multipart/alternative
format.

This *will* block KLEZ messages, but it will also block messages with
both HTML and plain text versions. If your valid submission fails,
check to make sure your mailer isn't including an HTML version as well
as the text version.

I haven't decided whether this restriction will be temporary or
permanent.
