Restore Problems

I have an old DG60M tape that I need to restore onto a system. Dump was
originally used to dump 3 partitions onto the tape.

Now I'm trying to restore the dump(s) back onto another disk. I can
successfully restore the 1st & 2nd partition via `restore -rf /dev/rmt0h -s
1` & 2 repectively. However, when I try to restore the 3rd & final
partition, I receive the following error:

ioctl STFSF: I/O error
Tape read error: I/O error

I know that this is bad mojo for me. I tried to do an interactive restore
`restore -if /dev/rmt0h -s 3`, and still nothing.

Is there anyway that I can restore the data, or at the very least grab
anything readable on that 3rd dump?

Thanks
