Memory for 600au

We have a 600au with 256MB of RAM. I'ld like to take it up to the
max (I understand it is 2 GB). Does anyone know of any source for
memory for this thing?

(I've looked at Crucial, but they only list parts to take it to 1 GB
of memroy).
