keyboard char set on Tru64 5.1a

Howdy all,

I have 2 questions:

1. I have a strange problem when using my keyboard on my Alpha pws 500au. ie
either in the SRM or in X.
It seems to be set to use a strange character set.

    eg

    If I type a "/" character I get a "-" character. So to get a foward
slash I have to use shitf-7 combination.

    This is *really* frustrating.

Can anyone tell me how to change the keyboard char set to a generic 101
USA keyboard layout ?

2. I want to install tcsh on a fresh Tru64 5.1a install.

Ok, I was told that tcsh is on the "Linux and Tru64 UNIX Portabilty
Tools" cdrom. I can't seem to see it on there.

However, I did locate bash on the cdrom.
I proceeded to do an "rpm -ivvh tcsh.....src.rpm" and Tru64 doesn't
understand the rpm command.

   Ok in summary.

How can I find software that I need from the subsets ? Is there a way to
find out which subset tcsh lives in.
And then can I install just tcsh *not* the whole subset ?

How can I set up Tru64 so that it can run Linux binnaries and use the rpm
command to do this ?

Thanks
