Hi Admin Wizards,

a scan of my main server (DEC Alpha 1000, Tru64 4.0g, patches installed) by
our security team (using the nessus scanner) was showing that some services
running are classified as "vulnerable".
I disabled some of them, but I am not sure about the following demons
started by inetd:

- dtspcd
- cmsd

The statd is running too, but is disabeld in inetd.conf. Any idea how or by
what it is started?
And actually there are two ports reported as "Open and vulnerable" - 1029
and 2301. netstat -a reveals that they are in the "LISTEN" state - is tehr
any possibility / command to find out what process uses them?

Thanx for any hint

YS, CW
