Collect for 4.0D

I downloaded the latest Collect version from
ftp://ftp.digital.com/pub/Digital/collect/ and installed it on a Tru64 4.0D
server. Setld reported success but there is no collect executable. Collect
1.11 (also d/l'ed from the same location) does install correctly, and does
create the collect executable but it does not have some of the features I've
come to rely on. Did I do something silly or is Collect 2.01 not supported
on 4.0D?
