Axis Print Servers with 4.0G question MORE

Original Question:

Has anybody out there successfully configured tru64 4.x to use an axis print
server for tcp/ip printing? Just wondering if somebody could give me some
pointers. The printer in question is an HP inkjet with the Post Script
upgrade. I tried the utility from Axis's website, but the script seems to
have little or no effect. Go figure...

More specifically:

The print server is part of a windows network and has a static IP. The
printer itself which is an HP DeskJet has a PCL3 upgrade card in it which
allows PS printing. Karen R McArthur did give me a good place to start.
Printer setup is one of those things that I wish I were more familiar with,
but our production UNIX machines rarely need to be able to print. Any help
with a good starting point would be appreciated. I understand the basics of
the printcap file, but don't understand how to use an IP instead of a
physical port for the printer itself...
