I had 2 ES45 which had their disks cloned giving a "Bootstrap address
collision, image loading aborted" during the boot of the standard
kernel. Genvmunix booted fine.
A search of the 'net produced a few documents indicating that setting
console_memory_allocation to 'old' would fix the problem. This won't
work for the ES45.
For the ES45, check the value of heap_expand. It should be set to
'none'. On these 2 machines it was set to 4MB.
