Well, I know the way now.
You type email to Tru64 discussion group and you get the answer in 2 sec. :-)

Thanks to Marco Benton, James Sainsbury, Ken McCoy, Elizabeth Harvey-Forsythe, Stephen L LaBelle,
Glenn Harrison, Ross Minkov, Brajesh Kumar.

psrinfo -v is the answer.

-------------------------------------------------
How to find out CPU type including clock speed?
sizer -c gives me "DEC6600", which doesn't tell me anything.

I am looking for something like "EV67 (21264A), 667 MHz" type of output.

sys_check can do it, but it runs for 20 mins consuming all system resourses.

Any simple way (1-5 secs time) to do it?

Thanks for your replies.
