I've got nothing against monitor or collect, just wanted a quick answer
to prove that our 4 processors were on line and working. The one that
gave me the answer was,
kdbx -k /vmunix
dbx version 3.11.10
Type 'help' for help.
(kdbx) cpustat

Are there any commands available to show, cpu usage of each installed
processor. We have 4 and are not convinced that two of them are doing
anything. psrinfo shows that they are on-line.
