New LVD card doesn't see devices.

Managers,

I installed a new LVD SCSI Card (KZPCA-AA) in my 4100 and attached a
tape drive (DLT8000) and a tape library (NeoSeries).

At the chevron prompt the "show dev" command recognizes the tape drive
as a DLT8000 and it even recognizes the library as a NeoSeries, but after
booting the system, the devices do not show up in hardware manager
(hwmgr -view devices).

I attempted to do "hwmgr -scan scsi" but didn't have any luck, the field
engineer on site recommended I boot to the generic kernel and rebuilt the
kernel, but even that didn't work. I was still unable to get it to show the
devices.

I ran the hierarchy command (hwmgr -view hierarchy) and I found one
thing unusual:

 439: connection pci1slot5
 440: unconfigured_hardware
Unconfigured-device-(<NULL>)-at-pci1slot5

    So I thought KZPCA-AA was supported on Tru-64 V5.1 (I have PK 5
installed). How do I configure it? Do I have to download a special driver or
anything?

UNIX is very user friendly, It's just very particular about who it makes
friends with.
