tru64 unix version 5.1 0n Alpha server 1200

         Hi Managers, I am trying to install tru64 version 5.1 on an
Alphaserver 1200 from a CDROM. The system has 128MB of
                               memory. The SRM console rev is 5.9-5. The
digital UNIX PALcode is V1.23-2.
                               The system does a memory dump as soon as it
boots from the cdrom. The console message is as follows:

                              " trap: invalid memory read access from Kernel
mode.
