Greeting Managers,
I am having some difficulties in printing from from one of our alfas
running tru64 5.1 A . connection from my machine to cs-print( print
spooler breaks ) with the following error

Jul 22 14:26:29 cs26 lpd[239974]: INFO -- connection to
cs-print.cs.auckland.ac.nz is down
For some reason getport() is reporting port 1023 instead of regular 515
port for printing
another thing i found that lat is not configured in the running kernel
latcp -d -l gave the following output
dlb driver is not loaded/configured in kernel
Do i have to put lat in the running kernel in order to print on a remote
printer or something else is broken
Regards ,
Bobby
