"DECevent should be able to format this class of event. Uerf
can't. If it is a detailed hardware configuration, it isn't
your problem. Ignore it and look for other events. If there
aren't any, look at the environment; power, cooling, power
supply, etc. If the problem occurs around the same time,
look for the unusual things; your janitorial service having
to unplug the system to plug in their vacuum cleaner..."

Hi managers !
We have a network of 110 XP900 running 4.0F and during night test
one of them rebooted unexpectedly with the following event (before the
SYSTEM STARTUP):
----- EVENT INFORMATION -----
EVENT CLASS ERROR EVENT
OS EVENT TYPE 110. MACHINE STATE
SEQUENCE NUMBER 0.
OPERATING SYSTEM DEC OSF/1
OCCURRED/LOGGED ON Thu Jul 18 01:55:57 2002
OCCURRED ON SYSTEM o1382
SYSTEM ID x00080000
SYSTYPE x00000000
SYSTEM STATE x0003 CONFIGURATION
This event is recorded before *every* reboot, even the one resulting
from a normal shutdown -r (in which case there is a SYSTEM
SHUTDOWN event before).
Does anybody know what kind of configuration error this may be or
point me to the correct documentation.
