Anti-Spam software

Hi,

We currently run PMDF (originally from InfoSoft now Process). We
run the Sophos anti-virus software. Does anyone know of a product
that would help us with anti-spam? Preferably something that could
run on the server with PMDF/Sophos - the Tru64 server.
