Compaq Analyse

Hello tru64-unix-managers,

  I want to use ca ( Compaq Analyse) tool but I don't know from where to
  install it. I find WEBES or other name Graphical Program Analysis
  Tool ( in Associated Products Vol2) and install it, but I can't find ca.
  What must I install to have - ca us command in Tru64Unix 5.1A
