Upgrading from V4.0F to V5.1

I am currently planning a major operating system upgrade from Tru64
V4.0F to V4.0G then to V5.1. I am interested in any potential problems
or experiences of anyone who has performed this upgrade path. The
system I am upgrading is on a DS20 Alphaserver running Oracle, where all
disks are currently formatted as ufs (Most of these are on an RA3000
raid controller). One of the first questions which comes to mind is:
Will or should the file systems be automatically upgraded to AdvFS
during the upgrade to V5.1? Should these file systems be left alone,
then converted separately after the system upgrade?

Advice or experiences from anyone who has upgraded to Tru64 V5.1 would
be very much appreciated.

Thanks,
