can't figure out HPaq patch notation

Hi,

I'm getting an NFS error on my 5.1 systems that I've discovered
is addressed by a patch. So far I've gotten to the point where
I think I need patch 921.01. But then I go to ftp.support.compaq.com/
patches/.new/unix.shtml and get COMPLETELY confused. I find cross
refs to 921.01 but nothing that points to something I can download
and apply. Can anyone suggest where I can find a "map" to this
strange FTP site?
