A little clarification.
The ownership of all files in the /bin directory were accidently set to
bin:bin (not by me).... (no really, not by me). Is there a command similiar
to the SCO "setperms" command that will reset all ownerships and permissions
of the system files to their appropiate values?
Thanks for all the quick responses to my question. My appreciation goes out
to Dr. Thomas, alan, Arrigo, Ann, and Phillip for the pointer to the fverify
command, which will do exactly what is needed. (Really, this wasn't my
fault)
Thanks to everyone who responded!
