PAM security routines

Fellow Sysadmins,

Has anyone modified PAM security routines to not allow local accounts (Oracle/App admin accounts etc.) to log directly on to the system? This is regarding 4.0F & V5.1systems.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
