rsync and unison utilities

To mirror a directory between two Unix boxes, I use rsync
(http://samba.anu.edu.au/rsync/index.html) and it works like a charm!

Now I would like to synchronise some directories tree between a
tru64 V5.1A box and a Windows NT server.
Unison (http://www.cis.upenn.edu/~bcpierce/unison/) looks to be the
utility I need because it runs on both Windows and Unix systems
(across platforms).

My problem: I was unable to compile the unison file-synchronization
tool on my Tru64 system.
It would be nice if someone know where to find the binary for Tru64
box.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
