tru64 migration upgrades

        I've found that tru64 migration from tru64 4.0f to 5.0a fails with
an error that setld can't read files on the CD, on systems that have 4.0f
patch kit 7. With patch kit 6, it works fine. Has anyone else seen a
problem like this?
