Tru64 v. 5.1 Problem with TCP Wrappers

I have and XP1000 workstation running Tru64Unix v. 5.1a. I just upgraded to
v 5.1a and am having difficulty configuring TCP wrappers to work. I have
tried with and without the ipv6 lines enabled in the makefile as suggested
in archived messages. I am using the command make alpha to make the wrapper
daemons. I am also running ssh.

Can anyone tell me how to get tcpwrappers to work in version 5.1a.
