HSG80: fans

Hi everybody

One fan of my HSG80 is jumping from the "Good" status to the "Bad" status
and a few minutes or hours later it changes its status again of "God" (see
below). This happened 4 times in the last two weeks.

What could be the reason of this problem?

Should I let replace this fan ?

In advance thanks.

Best regards,

Stéphane
