Moving the 5.1A OS disk

Hello managers

We plan to roll out multiple tru64 5.1A machines.
So instead of installing OS multiple no. of times.I want to install a OS disk
once and use vdump/vrestore to replicate disks.

The only problem in the above scenario is the device names. How do I reset the
device names so that it doesn't create new one's when I move the replicated
disk .
