setting hsz70s to multibus failover

Hi,

I'm trying to change some HSZ70 pairs from transparent failover mode to
multibus failover mode. My question is this: Do the HSZ's both have to
have the same SCSI ID or not, and if they do, how do you change the SCSI
ID? One is currently ID "6" and the other is ID "7".

I am running Tru64 v5.1 pk5. The system seems to see both paths and knows
that the devices are the same (hwmgr shows 2 paths to the disks). But
every once in a while hwmgr "freaks out" and thinks it discovered a new
device on that bus, and at the same time marking one of the other paths
"stale".

To top it all off, the pointy-haired management here recently decided to
save money by dropping the ridiculously priced hardware and software
maintenance agreements, so you guys are my only hope. No pressure though.
Really.

Mark
