Setting CPQHEOSCOMMONPOLLFREQ in rc.config?

Managers,

I am trying to set the CPQHEOSCOMMONPOLLFREQ rc.config variable as described
in the CPQ-HEALTH MIB and "Management Agents for AlphaServers for Tru64
UNIX" doc, to 120 seconds.
I have entered the variable via rcmgr set and confirmed via rcmgr get, all
OK.

I have both restarted the snmpd and insightd process and done a reboot,
neither of these set the variable.

A snmpget returns the below:

snmpget 10.254.143.60 public .1.3.6.1.4.1.232.6.2.1.4.1.0
enterprises.232.6.2.1.4.1.0 = 0

Is the documentation missing something??
