Oracle 9.2.0.1 patchset

Has anyone installed the 9.2.0.2 patchset for Tru64? I have downloaded it,
but during the install I get an error stating that it cannot write to the
/u01/app/oracle/product/9.2.0/bin/oracle file. At this point I have to exit
out of the install.

Has anyone else seen this error?
