How to change COM2 baud rate on Tru64 unix

Hello Tru64-Unix-Managers,

    We want to change Com2 baud rate on DS20 from 9600 to 1200
    but we cann't.
    We try on SRM:
    set com2_baud 1200

    and then when we boot Tru64UNIX 4.0F we type:
    stty -f /dev/tty01 the result is 9600 baud again.

    I don't know how to change baud rate in tru64unix,
    we try getty , stty but nothing happens.
    Any ideas?
