AlphaServer won't boot after motherboard replaced

Help!

After one of my systems starting crashing even after a battery replacement
we replace the motherboard. Now the AlphaServer 300 system won't boot. We
get the following errors...

command status error 2
command status error 6

Do you know what this means?


The tech even tried to put the old motherboard back in and the errors still
occur and system won't boot.
