The answer was very simple, the best put answer was from Thomas, THANK YOU.
And it is as follow,

*************************************************************************
Mr. Thomas answer is...
Insert the disk in an available slot (preferrably when there's not too
much I/O on the bus (ie while the lights on the other devices aren't
blinking continously).

After the disk has been inserted in the slot (and has spun-up - its
lights will stop blinking) issue the hwmgr command (# hwmgr -scan scsi)

The device will be automatically detected, and a device special file
will be created. You can now grow an AdvFS file system by addin the
device to it or create a new file system (UFS/AdvFS) if that was your
purpose for adding the disk.

The above asnwer was for adding new hot-plug disk drive into Alphastation
ES40
with TRU64 ver. 5.0A.

Thank you,
Ibrahim.
