2 Compaq Alphas XP900 no switch on Power supply?

Dear managers:

We just received 2 Compaq XP900. In the box was a European power cable
with 250V stamped on the cord. Our older XP900 had a switch on the
outside of the power supply that you could switch. I see no switch on
the outside or when I open the box.

There is a sticker on top of the box that has both the North American
and European voltage (100-120V) and (200-240V)

P.S. Does this power supply auto-negotiate?
