SUM squidGuard-1.2 on Tru-64

Doh! Sorry I found my problem.

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.0/lib

enables squidGuard to compile, finding the
shared lib.

Need to then remove old squidGuard .db files
and recreate them.
